After their EPL relegation in 2019, Huddersfield was close to a return in 2022, but lost at Wembley to Nottingham Forest. Every other season was, however, a struggle, as the Terriers managed to finish 18th, 20th, 18th and now are sitting in 21st, with 11 games yet to be played.
Earning a point in a West Yorkshire derby with a powerful Leeds United club was important, but with every other outsider posting up a victory, the significance of that result remains to be seen.
