The Foxes will travel to Bristol to open the Week 39 of the EFL Championship season. Match will begin on March 29, at 1:30 PM CET.
Bristol City
One of the teams in the EFL Championship to never taste the Premier League, Bristol City will have to wait for at least one more season, as this one has gone nowhere for the Robins.
Stuck in the middle of the table, Bristol is eight points up on the relegation zone with eight games left to play, as there is still an outside chance of some danger closer to the finish line. In a likelier outcome, however, City will finish the campaign somewhere around their current fourteenth spot in the table, before moving to the next season with higher hopes.
Leicester City
An eventful couple of weeks for the Foxes, as they got eliminated by Chelsea in the FA Cup quarter-finals before getting punished by the Premier League while not even being there, will continue back in the EFL Championship.
Leicester City looked to be cruising before they started to slump in February, losing their grip on the first place in the standings. Tied with Leeds United with a game to spare, the Foxes could really use three points in the upcoming visit to Ashton Gate Stadium, as Ipswich Town is only a mere point behind.
Prediction ⚽️
The Foxes won in Leicester in September, as Bristol City will try and avenge that “0-1” loss in front of their home crowd on Friday.
Leicester City, however, really needs a win, while the main source of hosts’ motivation will be the fact of playing the leaders of the standings. We will side with the road team here to secure a hard fought win with 1.75 odds 🔥.
